Three in Tennessee testing

Just a quick post...

Yesterday's 6-5 win over the division leading Brewers was the most exciting Cubs moment in recent years! Trailing 3-5 going into the bottom of the ninth, the guys managed a rally culminated by an Aramis Ramirez two-out two-run walk-off homer!!! I may have been screaming! ...and jumping... and according to Teri, scaring the dogs. Sorry Francie, these kinds of wins don't happen every day.

I got to savor the win with friends... telling two non-cubs fans all about the game. Teri and I hung out at Cory & Melissa's last night, along with Chad & Stephanie. We had a great time cooking out, playing cards & watching the kids play.

Today, it's FreedomFest fireworks in Alcoa. Should be another fun night. Hope you're enjoying the weekend as much as we are!
