Three in Tennessee testing

I know you're all chomping at the bit to see the pics of the mailbox landscaping project Teri and I finished last weekend. I'm not one to disappoint, so without further ado...

This is part of the effort to prepare our house for the pictures to be included in our adoption paperwork and the subsequent homestudy. I think we're almost ready.
We're the only house in the neighborhood with cedar mulch. In Tennessee, the dirt is red and the mulch is black. Does that seem backwards to anyone else? I'll don't think I'll ever get used to the red clay where dirt should be.
